At Teaistry, we want you to love your tea experience. Because our products include consumable goods, all tea, powder blends, and edible products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This policy helps us maintain product quality, freshness, and safety for all customers.

Any opened drinkware or accessories used with consumable products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Teaistry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost:

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not already shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
